Sample warehouse management questionnaires for a new implementation Project.

Here are some of the basic questions you can use to make detailed questionnaires. Some time business users not giving the answers in direct as needed for the requirement gatheration.

They will give indirect or turn around answers which is difficult to map or some time difficult to understand.

So we need to ask the repetitive questions to get our required answers..Otherwise @ end of implementation they will tell our expectation is different from the existing configuration or system setup.

So final answer will be "we are not satisfied" with this and finally money matters..

So we need to take more attention during requirement gathering phase and I cans say this phase is more vital than all other phase and we can take it more critical.

Here is the phase where consultants need more expertised act and need more patients in collecting the data from the users..

Normally experienced guys will have the ability to bring the answers form the business owners mind. I can say it is an art and it is not a work. They will just chit -chat with the business owner..

Once requirement is gathered we can easily map the process followed/existing process to SAP and sort out the GAPs in implementation...
