Vehicle masterdata used in shipment VT01N

Hi All,

I am currently working with creating shipments using transaction VT01N, just wanted to enquire if there was masterdata available to populate different vehicles used in shipmemt from the service agent

I know the vehicle ID information  can be entered directly in the processing tab under External ID 1but just wandered if this masterdata is maintained anywhere else
