Dear gurus
let me share an issue that I have in the delivery VL03N, packing details. We receive the packing details from an inbound idoc (DELVRY03). Our warehouse sends us the packing details with external identifiers for the handling unit. When SAP process the idoc the HU are nested in an incorrect way.
Wharehose sends:
Pallet EXIDV: 99999
---> Shipping box EXIDV: 177
---> Material A, qantity 10
Pallet EXIDV 00177
---> Shipping box EXIDV: 1
-----> Material A, quantity 10
The delivery looks like:
Pallet 99999
---> Shipping box 177
---> Shipping box 1
---> Material A, qantity 10
So pallet 00177 in the level 0 is missing. It looks like SAP cuts the zeros.
Do you know any field to fill in in the idoc to allow system to differentiate? or do you know any user exit to manipulate it?
