Open Storage Type For warehouse Control

Hi,

My warehouse scenario has following requirements :-

1. Addition to Existing Stock - if Capacity is available than system should consider remaining capacity & add stock same bin
2. Mixed Storage - System should allow to put any no. of articles in same bin.
3. Capacity Check - Capacity Check Should be activated.
4. SUT Check.
   

For above requirements i am using Strategy "C - Open Strategy"  & it is working Fine for me. In SAP help i have it is written

"FOR EACH STORAGE SECTION YOU HAVE TO DEFINE ONLY ONE STORAGE BIN"

But i had created more than one storage Bin in a storage section in storage type - C it is working fine.

My Question is there any disadvantage to use open Type Storage type to Full Fill above requirements ?

I Had tried with Storage Type - L, I, F - but no strategy supports all above requirements in single Storage Type.

Pl. Suggest should, is there will be any challenge in future with open storage type & as per your best experience.
